End User License Agreement

Queue Tidy for Jira Service Management · Effective date: [Effective date]

This agreement is between [Company legal name], [Registered address], [Country of incorporation] ("we", "us") and the organization that installs or uses Queue Tidy ("you"). By installing or using the app, you agree to it. If you are agreeing for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Queue Tidy with your Atlassian cloud sites, for your internal business purposes, for as long as you have a valid licence (paid, trial or free tier) obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace.

2. Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify or create derivative works of the app; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; resell, sublicense or rent it; use it to build a competing product; or use it in breach of Atlassian's terms or applicable law.

3. Fees and billing

Fees, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms. The free tier and trials are offered as described on the Marketplace listing and may change.

4. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to run, support and improve the app, as described in our privacy policy. The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and does not send your data outside Atlassian.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure the app, including automatic merging, and for reviewing merges in your projects. Automatic merging relies on text matching and may occasionally merge tickets that are not duplicates.

6. Support and updates

We provide support as described on our support page. We may release updates, and may change or remove features, as long as the core purpose of the app remains.

7. Intellectual property

We own the app and all intellectual property in it. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Term and termination

This agreement lasts while you use the app. It ends when your licence ends or you uninstall the app. We may end it if you breach it and do not fix the breach within 30 days of notice. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Country of incorporation]. Disputes go to the courts of [Country of incorporation], unless the law requires otherwise.
